Life-Cycle

One of our volunteer efforts is to promote the community and camaraderie that revolves around bicycling. We provide bikes to kids and adults in the local communities who wouldn’t otherwise be able to join in this activity. We provide free workshops focused on bike safety and maintenance and help organize bike give-aways, rides and events to promote continued awareness.

Our mission is to provide free bicycles to anyone who needs one.

  • We do this to provide basic transportation to those who need it the most. We believe in enabling people of all ages and all walks of life to get to work, school, the store, etc. – the freedom to go where they want, when they want.
  • We believe in promoting a healthy lifestyle.
  • We believe in doing our part to preserve the environment.

But mostly, we do this because it helps build a better society.

A community where people come together and give back to people in need.

A community where people come together to learn about each other and from each other.

How can you help?

In order for us to impact as many communities and people as possible, we need donated bikes, parts, shop supplies, helmets, and other accessories. We need volunteers to donate their time and talent in repairing bikes and assisting in workshops. We also need monetary donations to help support our efforts.

When Kyle Simon came to us in August to see if we’d sponsor and help him coordinate his Eagle Scout project, we were more than happy to assist. Any opportunity to get connected to the youth in our community is a good interaction. We started with defining goals and process – which at the time we thought was a fairly aggressive number at 50. But with the dedication and commitment of a single high school teenager, the support of his parents, and the hands of his Boys Scout Troop 337, they canvassed 7 neighborhoods in mid-October,...

This event would not have been possible without all your hard work and dedication! So far this year, we have already distributed over 100 bikes and...
