GOAL 1: Increase Community Connectedness

• Create a collaborative network that connects community organizations, schools, government agencies, businesses, and faith communities to address the needs of all residents
• Develop a more efficient and equitable system that refers people for support and shares resources throughout the county 
  • Housing, transportation, food, household goods, income support, mental and physical health, domestic violence support

GOAL 2: Encourage Civic & Social Engagement

• Create a system that raises awareness and activates the broader community to be part of the solution
  • Volunteering, donating supplies, providing financial support, advocating for change
• Create a solution to share these opportunities that is accessible to all
  • Multi-lingual, multi-generational, etc.
