Whether you are new to yoga or a novice this class is for you. onelove.yoga will take you through a basic foundational guided practice designed to open your heart and mind through aligning, strengthening, and promoting flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, ease of movement, and modifications to welcome all. No yoga mat? No problem. We have plenty of mats to lend. So, share with a friend and come try our yoga in a safe, fun, and educational way.
